Ningbo Kangqiang Micro-Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., (Kangqiang Micro-Electronics) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Kangqiang Electronics Co., Ltd. (stock code 002119), was established in mid-May 2007, is specialized in the production of EDM wire and mainly deals in OEM of domestic and foreign famous brands, with no retail business.

Kangqiang Ningbo plant covers an area of ​​about 81,000 square meters, and has a construction area of ​​about 105,800 square meters. At the beginning of the second quarter of 2017, the company began planning a plant expansion project. The new plant covers an area of ​​about 4,575 square meters and has been put into use in 2019. The new production workshop covers an area of ​​approximately 18,000 square meters and will be used to develop lead frames and EDM wires.
