Set up 21 sets of Japanese Saikawa with high speed drawing and fully-auto servo roling with capacity 5000T/Y.in this June we set up bobbins iniection molding production lines.

We set up horizontal casting,rough drawing and medium drawing lines. The performance and quality of wire were ready to be approved by well-known brand owner and we achieved domestic and oversea OEM arders successfully

Newly installed 4 sets of Japanese Saikawa fine drawing machines, and completed the installation and debugging

Newly installed 3 sets of Japanese Saikawa fine drawing machines, including 2 sets of machines concentrated for the specal fning wire 35 sets of machines totally realized the mass production, the capacity can reach 7800tons per year.
